Problem with DalvikFormat save() #156

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download either crackme_dexlabs_patch or create_invalid_apk
2. Run the script with any apk

Im running an Ubuntu 13.10 64 bit, reinstalled androguard from mercury 
yesterday so i suppose it's the last version.

AttributeError: CodeItem instance has no attribute '__getitem__'
