Thanks for your notice. I'd like to apologize for any inconvenience you have faced. This issue also arised when indexing the site via google search. It seems that the site crawlers identify the "download" as malicious because of unknown file format. Filing a report to google directly resolved the issue. This may also me true to steam. Therefore the deletion of your posts may be an automatic procedure by steam. I'd advise you to contact the steam support. Also not to promise or give hope but "deletion" often means hidden on such platforms.
Thank you for your reply.
I contacted them immediately. They are not taking responsibility at all. They won't mention the site or the comments or anything really. They sent a couple replies which didn't acknowledge anything I wrote. The first reply threatened me and the second made excuses about their actions as protections for the steam community and whatnot. Which really just avoided them acknowledging they hid, if you'd like to think of it, my comments, even the ones which had nothing to do with what they're complaining about. For example, one discussion was a player asking about changing the Factory mode and I explained it requires starting a new game. That comment/reply was part of the whole sweep. What does it have to do with protecting against third-party websites?? Nothing, that's what. It's all nonsense. It only takes a human to look at the website for real, at the ongoing discussions in the Shapez 2 area on steam, and realize they're being ridiculous. And they only need to actually look at and read the comments of mine and see they're harmless community participation.
I'm very sorry. Since I can't directly help you with the situation I will close this issue and keep this in mind going forward. You may want to join the official shapez 2 discord server (https://discord.gg/shapez-2-1000343719314198548) and ask tobspr for help.
They specifically said the links to your website represented me "posting or promoting malicious content". I literally added comments to my screenshots of stuff in Shapez 2 with links to my uploaded blueprints on your website so others could get the shape code.
For example, a screenshot comment like:
`Get the shapes code at the Vortex website:
https://community-vortex.shapez2.com/blueprint/1bp3zv4yg1k7nv0 `
I'd simply paste the code in there but comments are restricted to 1,000 characters so many of my blueprints exceed that limit.
And, most importantly, they won't acknowledge they are wrong in accusing your site of being malicious content. And, they didn't just delete links to your website, or just delete the comments with links to your website... No. They deleted every single comment I posted in Shapez 2. Whether it had a link to your website or not. Someone asked for help and I answered them? Deleted. Discussion about gameplay and tactics? Deleted. Talking about the strange customers who complain about the game in the Discussions and then get the game refunded? Deleted. I posted a bunch of screenshots of Shapez 2 for stuff. All deleted.
