Issues with KDE Plasma's window management #2

When using KDE Plasma, resizing and moving Office windows doesn't work using the buttons and title bar on the windows, but only using the actions menu you get by right-clicking the application's icon in the taskbar. (Tested with Plasma 5.22.4 on Manjaro Linux 21.1.0)
