Implement twig templates #8

Clean code is essential. Im not happy with all the HTML in the classes. Lets implement twig templates that allow for cleaner logic, filtering and much more.

[X] implement twig templates for configuration
[X] implement twig templates for loginScreen
[X] Redo the config screen make it more accessible.

First iteration of twig config template done. Still need to debug error messages and make submit buttons pretty.

Placeholder for IDP specific logging
