Wait for User... when using heated bed on Ultimaker Original Plus

When:

using Ultimaker Original Plus (with the new ultimaker 2 electronics)
With older firmware (15.01-RC1, from jan 26 2015)
using the default settings
having chosen the Ultimaker printer
and enabling the heated bed When it's time to heat the bed the display shows "Wait for user...". Then when the button is pressed the bed heating is skipped and it starts printing.

This doesn't happen after updating the printer to the latest firmware (15.04.5, from Mar 17 2016).

For the older firmware the solution seems to be to remove the comments behind the heat up commands (M109, M190).

We'll fix this by adding a Ultimaker Original Plus printer, where we don't include the comments; https://github.com/Doodle3D/WiFi-Box/issues/15
