Only the device that started the print has "control access", this makes sure that people can't stop or interfere with each others prints. When the print is done the restrictions are lifted. A lot of people don't know about and/or don't understand this system.
Maybe we should think about ways to communicate this better. Currently you can only notice it by a grayed out print button and the absence of a stop button.
Maybe a simple status message could suffice while someone else is printing, like "Someone else is printing".
