During our API Hackathon @woutgg roughly implemented a setting that let's you print prints in 8bits (low resolution)! img_20140322_165935

We hope to include this in an update soon.

fyi, set the grid size to 0 doesn't disable the feature...

Adds options:

Raster size
Allow raster diagonals Should we add a theme selection dropdown? This would allow us to extend this functionality in the future to translated interfaces for example (maybe even from a memory stick)
