Troubleshooting tips? #120

I have been updating the wikis and we promised each other we'd make a "troubleshooting" page for Gym. I added one and made a few headings, related to groups of problems - conda, config files for training, image folders for make_datasets. I will attempt to put a few down tomorrow. Any ideas appreciated. Also @CameronBodine we'd welcome any ideas -- thanks!
