Drop limit of 4096 lumps #54

deutex would refuse to create WADs with more than 4096 lumps. Might be some compatibility thing with the DOS engine, but the modern ports handle it.

Thanks, but I think I'd rather change this to a warning to the actual 4046 limit :)
