I am having the same issue. Downloaded using both Safari and Speed download and
both DMG files are reported as damaged.

I upgraded to 10.9, and already had namebench installed. It does work for me on
the existing install, FWIW

The problem is actually installing a fresh version on Mavericks - the download
can't be installed

I did have a version installed but an error occurred when it ran. I then
downloaded a fresh version to remove the error and while opening up the newly
downloaded version got this “name bench” is damaged and can’t be opened.
You should move it to the Trash.'

Ok - well in that case I guess its possible in the interim before a new version
is published to try a manual install using Pacifist - Ill try it * post up the
result. Namebench is brilliant, very useful I I miss being able to use it
routinely!

Just installed and ran namebench under 10.9.2 without issues. Has 10.9.2
update solve the issue for the original reporter of this issue?

I was unable to run the app at first. Then I went into the application package
and launched the executable (namebench > Contents > MacOS > namebench) from the
terminal and it worked!

I dont remember if I used sudo.

Hopefully this will help some of you :)
