Create a Template for Courses.cshtml - Good first issue

We're seeking assistance from the community to create a template for the Courses.cshtml Razor view in our project. This template will serve as the foundation for displaying content on the Courses page of our website.

Task: Develop a template for the Courses.cshtml Razor view that establishes the core structure and includes placeholders for future content.

Expected Outcome:

A meticulously designed Courses.cshtml view template that adheres to our project's design principles. The template should encompass designated sections within the page, such as course listings, descriptions, and relevant content areas. Thorough formatting and styling to ensure the template harmonizes with the visual identity of our website. Guidelines:

Please consult the existing _Layout.cshtml and Index.cshtml files, as well as other views, to ensure uniform design aesthetics. Utilize HTML, CSS, and Razor syntax to construct the template. Should you find it suitable, you're welcome to integrate suitable Bootstrap classes to enhance element styling. The template need not be populated with actual course data; placeholders are sufficient to fulfill the task requirements.
