The Heb "fountain of Israel" may refer to Israel's descendants or to Israel's God. Either way, I think "fountain" would be better here.

The UBS note has that the "fountain of Israel" means that it is from the "source of Israel." Probably this information would be best in a tN.

The ULB of PSA 68:26 now reads: \v 26 Bless God in the assemblies; \q praise Yahweh, you who are from the fountain of Israel.

Who would write the tN?
