I think the pronouns can be closer to the original.

\v 18 Who is a God like you, \q you who take away sin, \q you who pass over the transgression \q of the remnant of your inheritance? \q You do not keep your anger forever, \q because you love to show us your covenant faithfulness.

\v 18 Who is a God like you, \q taking away sin, \q passing over the transgression \q of the remnant of your inheritance? \q He does not keep his anger forever, \q because he loves to show covenant faithfulness.

This is close to the rendering in the NRSV

Who is a God like you, pardoning iniquity and passing over the transgression of the remnant of your possession? He does not retain his anger forever, because he delights in showing clemency.

The ULB of MIC 7:18 now reads: \v 18 Who is a God like you— \q who takes away sin, \q who passes over the transgression of the remnant of his inheritance? \q He does not keep his anger forever, \q because he delights in his covenant faithfulness.

HEB pronouns .... Thanks Henry,

Tom

Actually, there are no pronouns in "taking away" and "passing" -- these are participles, so they could go either way. The rendering as it stands is usable, so I'll go with it. Thanks.
