Judah will be taken captive, all of her into exile.

Most versions put "all" with the first clause. This suits our purposes well because it allows us to cheat and not explain how "Judah" is "her."

All Judah will be taken captive, completely taken captive.

I want to be the guy that gives you issue #1000.

The ULB of JER 13:19 now reads: \v 19 The cities in the Negev will be shut up, with no one to open them. All Judah will be taken captive, completely taken captive.
