"Establish" or "provide" or even "raise up" with a note would be better.

Alliteration: a peaceful planting place, could not survive ... The ULB of EZK 34:29 now reads with edits: \v 29 For I will provide for them a place known for the crops it produces so they will no longer be victims of famine in the land, and they will not bear the scorn of the nations.

This introduces a predication more appropriate to ULB. Consider:

I will provide for them a land known for its crops; they will no longer be consumed by famine in the land, and they will no longer bear the scorn of the nations.

I'm ambivalent about "no longer" versus "not"; I suppose a note stating that "not" is in the sense of "no longer" or making sure the UDB has "no longer" would be in order.
