at Yahweh's battle cry

The word is more like "rebuke" (see versions except NET). A note about the different understandings (ways the interpreters scratch their heads) would probably be in order.

The ULB of 2SA 22:16 now reads: \v 16 Then the channels of the sea were seen; \q the foundations of the world were laid bare \q at the rebuke of Yahweh, \q at the blast of the breath of his nostrils.

Same issue appears in Psalms 18:15. Sorry, I forgot about the parallel.

The ULB of PSA 18:15 now reads: \v 15 Then the water channels appeared; \q1 the foundations of the world were laid bare \q1 at your rebuke, Yahweh, \q at the blast of the breath of your nostrils.

Shift to second person is noted.
