环境变量MJ_IMG_WSRV不生效 #375

MJ_IMG_WSRV设置为1，但是在网页UI中WSRV依然是默认灰色关闭的。手上的Midjourney接口坏了，暂时还没法确定是UI显示问题还是MJ_IMG_WSRV本身就未生效。

可能相关的情况：Vercel部署（已Redeploy，已清空浏览器缓存），未配置环境变量OPENAI_API_KEY，SYS_THEME为dark

补一个我目前的临时解决方案：修改homeStore.ts，MJ_CDN_WSRV修改为true
