Random choking in the hearthkin base

Issue Summary:

Some of the hearthkin rooms had randomly toxic air for hearthkins.

• Update preferences.dm to give us more character slots
• [[NONMODULAR] Modularized Mining Maps

Reproduction Steps:

Be hearthkin. Walk into room. Start choking and getting toxins. Keep the doors open. Air is fine again.
