This is my first PR! woo! I'm going to assume there will be workshopping of this, but here goes:
(Should) Adds two new reagents, Hydrofluoric Acid and Synthetic Thermal Solution. Synthetic Thermal Solution is NOT implemented as an exotic blood type at this time pending a full synth species being chosen/created/ported. Synthetic Thermal Solution has the appearance of very pale blue liquid. I added recipes for both the acid and the solution, so they should be able to be created by chemistry in round.
Hydrofluoric Acid is a necessary ingredient reagent to synthetic thermal solution.
Hydrofluoric Acid is slightly more damaging than nitric acid, but is the same toxicity.
Why It's Good For The Game
Unique blood for robots! Establishes a reagent with room to grow beyond its roots, unlike oil - which needs to remain oil for other recipes and use as fuel.
