Renames the weapons category to recreative, and adds instruments to them.
The musician quirk no longer grants the instrument beacon, it should be done via loadout or acquired ingame somehow.
The erp category is removed.
Removes some frontier gear from the loadout.
Adds latex gloves to the loadout.
Why It's Good For The Game
This needed to be cleaned up.
Also, the instrument delivery beacon is annoying.
