Fix simple grammar issue in README file #127

Hello!!

This PR provides a little grammar fix in the main README file. I hope that is ok. I was looking for documentation on how to contribute but could not find any. I just thought I could help a little. It is the small things that count.

If you are not taking PRs, that is fine with me. No harm done and I won't take offense!!

Not a problem. I can sympathize!! I have tons of documentation to keep up with and it happens to me all the time. Luckily, I have my wife that helps maintain documentation. 🤘🏼 If I come across anything else, I will shoot you more PRs.
