As a user I want to view all highlights of a given book, organized under the sections headings.

[x] Settle a design for the UI. Should there be some accordion thing for each section to show/hide the highlights of that section?
[x] Implement DB fetching (but use a book with few highlights for testing at the beginning)
[x] Build out UI using the fetched data.
