Needs more changes #7

I notice some changes that I made in #4 and #5, but some were reverted back (?), which I'm assuming to be a case of mismatching for the overlaps you tried to resolved in the merge conflicts. So I'll try to get them back in and introduce more changes as I see from start to finish for another round of proofreading.
