ECONRESET #10

Using build 2.0.110, just updated this morning on windows 10 pro, now rig control isnt working with FT710 on enhanced port. (not using win4yeasu/com0com atm)

using direct to com port and not rigctld

for some reason there was 15 rigctld daemons running, killed all of them now it works lol
