Log In Sm not recording or updating #40

I have noticed my log is not recording contacts logged in SM1 / 2 but they are uploading to QRZ no problems only in SM not sure why

I have no issues seeing other stations logs updating in SM

Hi Paul, there are three main reasons for this:

1) The SM API KEY in the desktop app does not match your web account. 2) The callsign in the desktop app does not match the web account. 3) Your computer firewall is blocking it.

Please check those and let me know if the issue persists. Thanks Stu

Hi Stu

I have checked all the suggested and cant find any issues here, the log boog locally and QRZ is working find but is not updating in the cloud in SM
