Requirement

Being able to sent non content calls / nudges based on following conditions We should be able to

Set up conditional nudges based on attributes, behaviour, and points.
Select day of week and time for nudge.
Activate and deactivate a nudge
The calls should go out to every user who meet the conditions on the day and time the nudge is set up for.

The interface for product or ops can be dostadmin based, excel based, rapidpro based.

Dev Notes

[ ] We should create a new custom field for nudge type
[ ] Pass the nudge type details from our system in response to webhook that is received from Rapid Pro
[ ] We can use dry flow trigger to update the nudge related custom field of the user
[ ] Create flow for nudges and trigger them as per the requirement
