[FEATURE] Create list of the functionalities and run a test case in RP_IVR analytics #435

We need to create a list of the functionalities of the RP_IVR that we need to cover in the unit testing. Identify the key functionalities and features of the RP IVR system that require unit testing. Each test case should cover a specific scenario or behavior of the system, including normal cases, edge cases, and error conditions of the functionalities.

[x] Come up with a list of functionalities for unit test cases
[x] List down the possible unit test cases
[x] Breakdown and estimate each task
[x] Add and run one test case from the above list
