[FEATURE] Mark user program as unsub, terminated through webhook

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently we are updating the unsub and terminated status through the data sybnc dry flow. We want to do this through webhook in their respective flows.

Describe the solution you'd like

• [x] Update the webhook so that to get the users status if unsub or terminated
• [x] Update the logic to handle the webhook and update the status
