[UNIT TEST] PromptService #446

Add a unit test for PromptService module.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] New test cases should cover happy and unhappy path.
[x] All new test cases should be passing.
[x] All existing test cases should be passing.
[x] Unit tests should do code coverage of the entire module.
