[Phase 1] Implement CodeRabbit AI for code review and analysis of code

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We found implementing the AI reviewer is easier and the features are more like what we wanted to have as it enables automatic code reviews for the repository. This will reduce our manual code review process and reduce our daily efforts for code reviews.

• [ ] We wanted to integrate this tool into one of our Public repositories.
• [ ] Share the steps to implement with the GitHub organization owner.
• [ ] Configure the tool as required for the repository.

Acceptance Criteria

Local setup as per the website documentation was done in the last sprint. Initial deployment and testing will be continued in the Sprint 39.
