Migrating existing cloud function to new infrastructure

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We are targeting to explore the queue-based implementation to avoid any missing data due to unprocessed webhook calls.

We are targeting a POC to implement the queue-based implementation here https://github.com/DostEducation/RP_IVR_callback/issues/32. Based on the POC outcomes, we will migrate our existing Cloud Function on the newer implamentation.

• [ ] Migrate the Rapidpro webhook cloud function to the newer setup
• [ ] Migrate the Kookoo webhook cloud function to the newer setup
