[Engagement Data Source] Create the Data Models Diagram

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We need to set up the DBT project for the webhook service which will be responsible for transforming the data stored at the BigQuery level. We wanted to create a data flow diagram for the Engagement data source. We wanted to create a mapping to show the data in a simple or easy-to-analyze way.

• [x] Finalize the Raw BigQuery tables required to create the Engagement data source.
• [x] Finalize the data fields required in the Engagement data source.
• [x] Create a data flow diagram for the mapping of the Raw BigQuery tables to the Engagement data source.
• [x] Link the Data-Flow-Diagram to this issue.
