It's been 5 months since the last release. Is it time for new beta? Or are there any existing pull requests (or new work) that you would like to get merged before the next release, @sharwell?

Thanks for maintaining this library - we use it and it works well. However I found out we are using the latest stable release from 2019. Any reason not to "promote" something newer to stable?
