Feature req. Serve cgi script generated downloads #399

Would it be possible to internally handle and serve cgi script generated 
downloads, so that the server detects an initiated download and then 
automatically serves the file without further need of the script?
Other servers use xsendfile for that....

I am afraid that feature is outside of scope of mongoose.
