Unable to change values in Options-->Networking-->Access-Type

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Goto Option-->Networking-->Access Type window.
2.  Change the default Network value "ADSL" (e.g.  
3.  Change the default Info value "utran-cell-id-3gpp=00000000"
4.  Save the changes
5.  Register the subscriber (Sign In)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected the P-Access-Network-Info header of Rigistration message to have new 
values configured in steps 2 and 3 above.  Instead default values appear.

Exit Boghe and re-open the application.  The Access Type values revert back to 
the default, ADSL;utran-cell-id-3gpp=00000000

also same on Boghe v2.0.153.186 for WIN7 x64.

Problem is still here (2.0.186.1013). It is very annoying as this is preventing 
from registration in some real IMS networks (No Roaming agreement).
