AMR-WB is not generated in media #613

I tried to use "tdav_codec_id_amr_wb_oa" and "tdav_codec_id_amr_wb_be" in ngn codecs but ngn doesnot generate codecs in INVITE SDP I build doubango library with amr neon version and use it but the problem still there !! Does doubango doesnot support AMR-WB ?
