Make it possible to score on Table_Clean #124

Currently there are no goals setup on Table_Clean.

I'd found it super valuable like this for testing (hadn't taken any goals out - I just don't think we ever put any in). That said, if people want this table to be a functional table, I don't think that that should stand in the way.

It's worth noting that Table_Clean (currently named "Empty") is no longer the default/first item in the level list, so its prominence is much lower than it has previously been.
