We need appartments/homes, dimensions make this possible. We could use a map editor to build houses too

Also should add a menu that pops up once the player enters the collision marker which asks the user to confirm that they indeed want to enter their apartment. Could also add different floors to each building so that they select which floor they want to go to.

I'm thinking we could make this similar to habbo, where walking into the marker opens a list of all the rooms in the building. We can also let users control all the rights to their rooms (un/locked, control who has access, who can let others in, etc)

We should also design group HQs where only people belonging to that group can enter, they can also maybe get supplies from there too.

Breakdown of task:

[x] Get teleportation to apartment working with a marker
[ ] Implement a menu to be able to select which room/garage you want to go to
[ ] Add in all the apartments that we want in our game-mode
[ ] Add real estate model(s) in the database so that apartment blips only show up if the player owns that specfic piece of real estate
[ ] Add a UI that let's players buy/sell their real estate (will need @Maddychams help with this).

Real Estate Design

Players go to property to purchase the property
Players pay real life daily tax on each property they own (% of the purchase price)
- Failure to pay will result in forfeiting the property and it will go back up for sale
Players can list their property for sale for any price they want
- Players can then approach the property to purchase it for the asking price
Players can list their property for rent for any specified price
- Players can then approach the property to rent it for the specified price
- Failure to pay (payment is automated) will result in eviction
Property entrance marker should have text displaying
- Owner
- For Sale/For Rent/Occupied
- Price (if applicable)
