Added support for more recipe types and recipe type intermixing. #22

All of the below:

shaped crafting
shapeless crafting
blasting
furnace
campfire
smoker
stonecutting

now all are intermixed together in one big ole randomization call. Also added some config options for the message sent upon randomization, useful for vanilla clients connecting to a server with this mod that won't have the translation key.
