I have been working on:

storing and accessing images MongoDB
sending BSON format image data through server (express)
trying to (but did not succeed) render image on client side using image url

I will be working on:

photo upload feature
researching on MERN(MongoDB, Express, React, Node) stack

Upload pictures to google cloud, and fetch url from it to store at Mongodb

Alex: I ran into a problem of the components not passing in the props properly, and components are being made without the proper props that I am expecting. I will be working on fixing this so that the wow button is persistent with backend stuff. I will have to do some more readings as I have very little familiarity with how these parts of the site interact with each other.

After some discussion it seems I will have to refactor how the components are made so that updates are made for multiple highlights on unmount.....
