Settings seem to mismatch Nvidia's #11

After I optimized for Ultra Quality using BethINI Pie for Fallout 4 I noticed that it strangely doesn't match up or equate to Nvidia Geforce's settings.

Actor Fade = -
Decal Quality = -
Item Fade = -
Object Fade = -
Texture Quality = -

Is this normal or to be expected?

Nvidia GeForce Experience is not advanced enough to detect custom settings accurately.
