Added kana transform for tya, tyu, tyo #1

tya > ちゃ, tyu > ちゅ, tyo > ちょ These transformations are valid in WaniKani as well as in most IMEs. I wasn't able to compile Houhou, so this is untested, but there's not much that can go wrong.
