Added a way to "explore" new vocab #24

This is an amazing app for learning kanji and vocab, the one feature I felt was missing was an easy way to find new vocab from within the app. Instead of having to, for instance, look up the wiki list of most used words and manually copy-pasting them one by one into the app to create SRS items, it would be much easier to just do everything from inside the app.

The most seamless way I could think of for implementing this was by just changing the no-filter behavior of the vocab tab to list non-srs'd vocab items ordered by the wiki rank.

This is very useful for someone looking to discover a few new useful vocab items every day and create SRS for those.

Thanks for taking the time to do this. I've always wanted to add a kind of discovery feature as well. Just as a heads-up, due to various circumstances, it might take me a little while to get around to reviewing and merging your commits. Thank you for your patience.
