Crash if no default browser

I don't really understand the stacktrace without reading the source code, but I know Process.Start(url) throws a Win32Exception if there is no default browser selected on Windows. You might want to catch this exception and provide an alternative way to open the page. (I usually copy the URL to clipboard and open a MessageBox reporting it.)
