[enhancement] lucid-extras now supports vega #11

The latest version of lucid-extras (http://hackage.haskell.org/package/lucid-extras-0.2.2) can be used to generate vega and vega-lite webpage elements, based on the lucid HTML library. This could be useful in generating examples.
