Sorry that I don't have much time for this at the moment. Have you been able to actually build this with IHaskell 0.12 or is it just a bump inversion numbers?

Just a bump in version numbers, I haven't tried to build it yet but I will do that and report back.

Okay I tried it with this default.nix and it built without any issues.
