[Feature] Add Ingredients by using a dialog box #135

Editing CSV isn't the best solution, so having a dialog box that can verify input is pretty useful.

Work completed for the Fermentation ingredients, doing the hops next.

Fermentable, Yeast and Hops done. I will add the water treatment and priming sugars later if there is demand for it.
