If you go into the mashing tab, when the infusion is set to F, and you put in 152F as the desired infusion temp, it gives 178F as the strike temp. If you switch to Celsius, the mash temp converts to 66.7C, but the strike drops below that to 66.2. It occurred to me that I should update Java, but now the error carries over into the F mash temps: I removed the infusion step, then added it back to confirm, and sure enough, the 152F infusion has a strike temp of 151.2F, and if I now switch to C, I get an infusion of 66.7C and a strike of 38.6C.
