Possible update to newer TTS engine #6

Hi @DougGore !

I was watching AndroidPolice the other day. And wonder when you will update the TTS engine for newer version of Android TTS? There seems to have been made significant changes to the engine and I would love to see some of these changes (Ex. http://www.androidpolice.com/2016/03/29/google-is-rolling-out-a-much-more-natural-tts-voice-video/)
