Current Location Map not updating when Mock Locations initiated #8

Occasionally the current location map will not get updated correctly when the location changes. It is intermittent and does not have any major errors that precipitate so it is difficult to reproduce and track down.

Seems to be related to whether or not location services is already running for the device. Perhaps it is updating so quickly it's breaking the animation. Needs further investigation.
